Product Description:

The expansion butterfly valves produced by XNFM have a unique design that uses gas pressure to inflate a special rubber seat that extends towards the disc to provide an even distribution of pressure to the seal at all times. During the opening and closing of the valve, the disc and the seat will only be in instantaneous contact, so that the disc is only slightly impacted. However, the hard friction generated by the ordinary butterfly valve disc brushing against the seat will reduce the performance and life of the valve.

The PZD expansion butterfly valve requires very little torque to open and close, which makes the actuator and valve more durable.
